About Course

Course Description: Class-1-IEO Exam for Olympiad

Video lectures systematically illustrate concepts with examples of various question types.

Word and Structure Knowledge Section for Class-1-IEO:

  1. Basic Vocabulary (Colors, Shapes, Numbers): Students will be tested on their understanding of basic vocabulary words related to colors (e.g., red, blue, green), shapes (e.g., circle, square, triangle), and numbers (e.g., one, two, three).
  2. Matching Pictures and Words: Students will be required to match pictures with corresponding words.
  3. Identifying Singular and Plural Forms: Simple examples of singular and plural forms will be presented, and students will be asked to identify them.
  4. Very Basic Sentence Structure (Subject-Verb) Section for Class-1-IEO: Students will learn to form very basic sentences using a subject and a verb.

Reading Section for Class-1-IEO:

  1. Identifying Main Character/Object in a Picture: Students will be shown pictures and asked to identify the main character or object.
  2. Following Simple One-Step Instructions: Students will practice following simple one-step instructions related to pictures or text.
  3. Answering Basic Factual Questions: Students will be asked questions based on the reading material provided, requiring them to recall factual information.

Spoken and Written Expression Section for Class-1-IEO:

  1. Completing Simple Sentences with Pictures: Students will complete simple sentences by choosing the appropriate picture.
  2. Forming Basic Greetings and Introductions: Students will learn to form basic greetings and introductions, including saying hello, introducing themselves, and asking simple questions.
  3. Using Common “Yes/No” Questions: Students will practice forming and answering basic “yes/no” questions.

Achievers Section Section for Class-1-IEO:

  1. Simple Picture Sequencing: Students will sequence a series of pictures to tell a simple story or sequence of events.
  2. Identifying Rhyming Words: Students will be tested on their ability to identify words that rhyme.
  3. Basic Analogies (Big: Small): Students will learn basic analogies such as big to small and practice identifying similar relationships.
